On March 7, 2024, a Vanuatu delegation attended the campus visit and exchange dinner of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) together with officials from consulates of various countries in Guangzhou, further strengthening the cooperation between various countries and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in the fields of education, humanities and so on.

The Vanuatu delegation and officials from various consulates in Guangzhou were warmly welcomed by teachers and students of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) and visited the advanced teaching facilities and scientific research laboratories on campus.

The Vanuatu delegation said that they were impressed by the teaching quality and research strength of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou), and hoped that this event would deepen the cooperation between the two sides in the field of education.
