The VISA UNIT within the department of Immigration is responsible for issuing visas and documentations related to visa (immigration bond cancellation letters, citizenship certification letters, one way ticket certification, VNPF certification letters…).

Every application is assessed thoroughly before a visa decision is given by the Director Immigration.

Counter Service Schedules:

• 08:00AM – 12:00PM - Submission of visa applications and requests
• 1:00PM – 3:00PM - Collection of visas and visa related documents

Payment methods:                                

The Department does not currently have an online payment platform but options are being explored with the Department of Finance and Treasury.

The only available payment method is through a government cashier by check or cash.
