On January 24, 2024, Luo Qiang, Vice President of the China Economic and Cultural Development Promotion Association, Hong Yongqiang, Executive Chairman of the Hong Xiguan Cultural Association, and twelve others visited the Consulate General of the Republic of Vanuatu in Guangzhou. The two sides held friendly talks after the meeting.

During this period, the intangible cultural heritage "Hong Xiguan" was presented to the Consul General.
