The Vanuatu government has announced a series of measures to reopen the country's borders in phases by 2022, and the vaccination rate is a key reference indicator for gradually liberalizing the policy and opening up the country.
Currently, Vanuatu's entry policy is as follows:

In addition to the electronic version, passengers are advised to prepare multiple paper versions of the certificate.

All passengers must upload the necessary materials to the Vanuatu Electronic Passenger System (VETS) to apply for a Vanuatu health permit and final approval.
All passengers entering Vanuatu are required to undergo a 14-day quarantine at their own expense and report their situation by phone on days 2/3, 8/9 and 14, while nucleic acid testing is required on days 5 and 11.
