Ambassador Li Minggang attended the first session of the 13th Parliament of Vanuatu upon invitation

On 5 November 2022, Chinese Ambassador to Vanuatu Li Minggang was invited to attend the first session of the 13th Parliament of Vanuatu. The meeting elected Simien as the new speaker of parliament and Carl Sakau as the new prime minister. After the meeting, he appointed 12 ministers to a new government.
