According to the Vanuatu Immigration Visa Amendment Act No. 142 2022, all applications for permanent residence from Greater China (Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan) must be processed by Pacific Immigration Consultants Limited.

Vanuatu Immigration will not accept applications that are not processed through the Pacific Ocean.
